The Tigers Clubhouse is an award winning venue, with achievements in Best Club, Best Club Entertainment, Entertainment Club of the Year & Best Club Refurbishment 2014. It is also social venue for the Werribee Tigers Football Club, VFL.

Keogh Homes also build single and double storey homes, attics, Hampton, modern, traditional, homestead and contemporary designs.
Keogh Homes are custom builders who build about 35-40 homes per year so the client has a personal relationship with the builder. They also offer a free design service to the potential home owner.
