The WMFC committee would like players, supporters and families to join your mates in remembering those who served in all the wars. We have organised a day at the club for centenary year, marking 100 years since Australias involvement in the First World War.
Many of the players are intending to go to the dawn service at the Werribee RSL, after that we will return to the clubrooms, for a full breakfast ($10 per adult, $5 per kid). In the afternoon we will have the blockbuster Essendon v Collingwood game up on the big screen and a sausage sizzle (sausages $2, hamburgers $3)
For catering purposes please let us know if you are interested in attending for breakfast. (If you dont want to eat but want to come down to the rooms please feel welcome to do so).
Remember while indulging in ANZAC day we have a game the following day.
