The WMFC 2020 AGM will be held Thursday 17th December 2020, 8:00pm at the clubrooms. Wyndham Vale North Reserve, Honour Ave. Wyndham Vale. We would appreciate if members of the club could attend.

As per our constitution all executive positions will be vacated on the night, and positions will be put up for elections. This year we request that ALL nominations are submitted prior to the night, you will need to Submit the Name of Nominee, Proposer and Seconder via message or email to Brett Cook or John Crennan. (By 5pm Thursday 17th Dec 2020)

At this point in time we would also like to announce that Brett Cook has decided not to run for President in 2021, Brett will still be a big part of the club going forward and will instead focus on other areas including as a mentor for the incoming president. We would like to thank Brett for the last 6 years as president and his commitment to the club. If you are interested in this role or any other role and would like further details, please talk to one of the executive committee.

Apart for the elections, we will also have our Presidents Report and Treasurers Report. If you have any queries please contact John Crennan.

As COVID restrictions are constantly changing we will announce requirements of member in regard to our COVID SAFETY PLAN closer to the night.
